Job Summary :
As a Human Resources Intern at Trillium Flow Technologies, you will gain hands-on experience in various HR functions and contribute to the overall success of our HR department. This internship provides an excellent opportunity to learn about HR processes, support employee engagement initiatives, and assist with administrative tasks. You will work closely with HR professionals and gain insights into the manufacturing industry's HR practices.
Key Responsibilities :
- Assist in the recruitment process by posting job openings, reviewing resumes, and coordinating interviews.
- Support onboarding activities for new hires, including preparing orientation materials and conducting follow-up checks.
- Help maintain employee records and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Participate in employee engagement initiatives and assist with organizing company events and training sessions.
- Conduct research on HR best practices and assist in the development of HR policies and procedures.
- Support the HR team with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and report generation.
- Assist with employee surveys and feedback collection to enhance workplace culture.
- Collaborate with various departments to understand their HR needs and provide support as required.
