We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Jr. Regional Sales Representative to join our team at Trillium Flow Technologies. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in evaluating Request For Quotes (RFQ), organizing customer RFQs, following up on Purchase Orders, and compiling data on our nationwide nuclear plants installed base. This position also involves identifying cross-selling opportunities, updating Salesforce opportunities, and contributing to marketing efforts. The Jr. Regional Sales Representative will assist in managing reps and will be required to travel approximately 20-25% of the time.

Key Responsibilities:
- Evaluate RFQs to determine the most appropriate TFT branches to provide quotes.
- Organize customer RFQs to follow up on expected responses, aiming to decrease parts delivery timing slippage and increase win rates.
- Follow up on Purchase Orders to ensure lead-time is on track, enhancing on-time deliveries.
- Compile data on the nationwide nuclear plants installed base to identify areas without current service agreements.
- Identify cross-selling opportunities between Hiller and TFT valves.
- Update current Salesforce opportunities and input new ones.
- Contribute to marketing efforts by identifying, writing, and promoting case studies and success stories for the US market.
- Search for TFT success stories in other regions worldwide to identify cross-pollination opportunities for the US.
- Initiate competition analysis efforts to identify potential shortcomings and improve customer or distributor receptiveness to TFT.
- Assist in managing sales representatives.
- Travel as needed, approximately 20-25% of the time.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Previous experience in sales or a related role is preferred.
- Strong organizational and analytical skills.
- Proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM software.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Willingness to travel as required.
