*FULL-TIME: 11:00AM-7:30PM, includes EO weekend
-Part-time hours: 6:30AM-10:30AM OR 4:00PM-7:30PM
The Food Service Worker
maintains a clean, sanitary kitchen area and assists in maintaining the stock,
dishwashing, and refrigerator areas. They serve resident meals in a friendly,
professional, and timely manner and
ensure all assembled food conforms with prescribed diet. This position is performed in accordance with TANDEM LIVING Core Values, Mission Statement, and regulations.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- High
school diploma or equivalent preferred but not required.
- Prior food service handling preferred.
RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:
- Prepares,
dishes, and serves food based on menu items. Refills condiments. Assists
residents with food selection and/or unsealing packages.
- Sets,
clears, and washes tables. Empties all garbage and cleans emptied cans. Washes,
cleans, and stores all items from the dish room.
- Replenishes
necessary supplies. Puts away and rotates stock as needed.
- Correctly
operates various kitchen equipment. Properly documents temperatures.
