Trillium Staffing is seeking an Human Resources Generalist for a manufacturing company in Hilliard!
The HR Generalist will wear multiple hats as an HR team-of-one at the local level, with more complex tasks, policies, and procedures being set by the HR Manager at the corporate location.
This role will involve onboarding new employees, processing payroll, pulling and reporting data, administrative filing, etc. The local team has about 160 production associates and another 40 with office, engineering, and management.
Salary range is $55-65,000 depending on experience. Great direct hire opportunity offering full benefits package, paid time off, insurance, and 401K!

Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources is preferred
• Prior experience in human resources (manufacturing industry experience is a plus)
• Knowledge of compliance with federal and state labor laws
