This is a direct hire role, salary up to $120k full benefits.
Oversee construction sites, general contractors, and workers to ensure a high level of quality and safety.
Responsibilities :
- Oversee multiple projects from initiation to completion.
- Guarantees that all work is performed in accordance with approved manuals and procedures.
- Ensures that the project is constructed and documented in accordance with the contract documents / scope.
- Reports the status of projects to business and market leaders.
- Travel to out-of-town job sites as needed.
- Coordinates and monitors schedule updates, invoices and submittals.
