Trillium Staffing is looking for an experienced and client-focused Tax & Accounting Manager to provide exceptional tax and financial services.
The ideal candidate will work directly with clients, business owners, and management teams, ensuring timely and accurate review of tax returns and financial statements. This role offers the potential for growth into a partnership or ownership position within the firm. Pay range - $75 / yr.
Key Responsibilities :
- Advise clients on achieving their personal and business financial objectives through comprehensive advisory services.
- Oversee the preparation, compilation, and review of financial statements.
- Manage and facilitate the preparation and review of federal and state tax returns for individuals and corporations, as well as other compliance projects.
- Identify and implement opportunities to improve internal processes and efficiency.
- Supervise, mentor, and develop junior staff members.
- Contribute to firm-wide initiatives and strategic direction.
- Conduct tax research and accurately interpret tax law for clients.
