Trillium is Now Hiring a Truck Sales Administrator in West Jefferson!
This is a first shift position working Monday to Friday starting at 8 : 00am. The starting pay range will be $25.00 to $28.00 per hour, depending on experience.
Job Duties include :
- Accurately prepare and process sale invoices, titles / certificate of origin, and motor vehicle forms to submit to the Department of Motor Vehicles
- Verifies funds have been received from buyers / financiers and when required, prepare requests for payoffs to the appropriate lienholders and ensuring they are processed
- Process and obtain dealer titles for all resale units
- Prepare, track, and maintain inventory files for all incoming and outgoing sale units per company, federal, and state policy
- Process all warranty and service contracts for sold units
- Maintain, track and renew all dealer registration plates and DOT contracts as required by the state department of motor vehicles
