Here’s what you’ll do when you join us:  

• Ensure compliance with current regulations
• Assist in the recruitment and selection of competent department directors, supervisors and other personnel
• In the absence of the Executive Director, assume administrative authority, responsibility and accountability of directing the activities and programs of the health campus
• Ensure that all residents receive care in a manner and in an environment that maintains or enhances their quality of life without abridging the safety and rights of other residents 

If you have these qualifications, we’d love to chat: 

• Bachelors’ Degree is required. A degree in Public Health Administration or Business Administration or a health-related degree preferred.
• Current unencumbered Nursing Home Administrator license (LNHA) or meets the licensure requirements of the state of practice.
• Unencumbered drivers’ license in the state of residence.
• Two (2) to five (5) years’ supervisory experience in a healthcare, senior living industry, pharmacy or long-term care environment.
• Exemplary computer skills that include knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite of products.
