Position Overview: The Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist will play a vital role in shaping Trilogy Innovations' workforce by delivering strategic recruitment solutions. This position will be responsible for developing and executing innovative talent acquisition strategies to identify, attract, and retain high-quality candidates across various functions. As a key member of the Human Resources team, the Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist will lead all talent acquisition efforts and ensure recruitment practices align with the organization's goals and promote a strong employer brand.
Work Environment:
- Primarily Remote with some Onsite office visits located in Bridgeport and Morgantown, WV, depending on the needs of the organization
- Availability during core business hours Monday - Friday 9:00am- 4:00pm (EST)

Key Responsibilities:
- Talent Acquisition Strategy:
- Design and implement innovative recruiting strategies aligned with Trilogy Innovations' business objectives.
- Collaborate with senior leadership and hiring managers to understand workforce needs and create tailored talent acquisition plans.
- Full-Cycle Recruitment:
- Oversee the entire recruitment process, from sourcing and screening to interviewing, offer negotiation, transition to onboarding.
- Utilize a variety of sourcing methods, including social media, networking events, and strategic partnerships, to identify and engage top talent.
- Employer Branding:
- Lead employer branding initiatives to enhance the Company's image as an employer of choice in the competitive technology landscape.
- Build and maintain relationships with universities, industry organizations, and relevant communities to increase the Company's visibility and appeal to potential candidates.
- Data-Driven Recruitment:
- Analyze recruitment metrics and develop actionable insights to optimize hiring processes and improve candidate quality.
- Implement continuous improvement practices based on data analysis to refine sourcing strategies and enhance the overall candidate experience.
- Team Collaboration & Leadership:
- Collaborate with the Human Resources team to ensure a seamless onboarding experience for new hires, fostering early engagement and retention.
- Participate in training and development initiatives that focus on enhancing the capabilities of the recruitment team.
Qualifications:
- Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) are a plus.
- Experience:
- 2 years’ experience working for a government contracting organization or relevant GovCon experience.
- Minimum of 8 years in recruiting, with a focus on technical roles in the technology sector preferred. experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
- Proven success in developing and executing strategic recruitment initiatives.
- ADP Workforce Now experience or similar HR platform, preferred
