Key Responsibilities
- Communicate effectively with company leaders and HR/Payroll representatives to provide HR-related support.
- Offer guidance on employee relations, performance management, and employment terminations, referring complex cases to senior HR staff.
- Ensure compliance with Federal and State labor and employment laws, as well as company policies and procedures.
- Support the identification of training needs and collaborate with the HR Manager to facilitate necessary training.
- Assist with administration of reasonable accommodations and the interactive process under the ADA.
- Collect and analyze HR data, including employee satisfaction surveys, exit interviews, and turnover statistics, and provide insights for improvement.
- Participate in investigations of HR-related complaints, ensuring thorough documentation of the process and outcomes.
- Conduct audits on selected HR activities to ensure consistency and compliance.
