What are the responsibilities and job description for the Internship- Mobile Crisis Peer position at Trilogy?
Responsibilities
- Provide mobile crisis response services in pairs of two which include assessment, engagement, and safety planning with individuals in the community
- Give resources to community partners to reduce the need for future crisis intervention
- Work with referral sources to maintain a positive partnership to ensure success of the program
- Provide care coordination that supports an integrated health model and make referrals to additional services as needed
- Communicate effectively with the team for consultation and information sharing
- Complete all documentation in a timely and thorough manner
- Currently enrolled in a Peer Recovery Support Specialist -CRSS/CPRS program seeking internship opportunities.
- Currently qualified to enter into internship opportunity with school agreement and has completed required courses that will deem all time spent in this opportunity valid.
