We are flexible with schedules as we are a 24/7 program open 365 days a year.
Responsibilities
- Provide mobile crisis response services in pairs of two which include assessment, engagement, and safety planning with individuals in the community
- Give resources to community partners to reduce the need for future crisis intervention
- Work with referral sources to maintain a positive partnership to ensure success of the program
- Provide care coordination that supports an integrated health model and make referrals to additional services as needed
- Communicate effectively with the team for consultation and information sharing
- Complete all documentation in a timely and thorough manner
- Bachelor's degree in counseling and guidance, rehabilitation counseling, social work, education, vocational counseling, psychology, pastoral counseling, family therapy, or related human service field
- Experience working with people with mental health and/or substance abuse diagnoses and experience in community-based services preferred
