- Guide and develop a team of Guides to execute the Alpha learning system with unparalleled excellence
- Craft comprehensive Guide Playbooks outlining facilitation best practices, engaging learning activities, and challenge navigation
- Offer consistent, actionable feedback to Guides to enhance student engagement and success
- Mentor a select group of students directly, demonstrating expert coaching and motivational strategies
- Creating lesson plans—your role is to empower Guides to facilitate student learning through adaptive technology, focusing on training them to excel
- Compromising standards—maintain our high standards, as a passing grade is 100%
- Providing dull training—engage Guides through dynamic, high-energy, and hands-on development sessions
Foster and develop a team of Guides to implement the Alpha system with exceptional standards.
Basic Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- Minimum of 5 years' experience in education, learning and development, coaching, or a related area.
- Proven track record in developing and implementing innovative educational programs, curricula, or training initiatives.
- Strong leadership and mentoring skills with the capability to build, lead, and motivate high-performing teams.
- Experience working with youth (ages 5-18) in educational or developmental settings.
- Proficient in data analysis and utilizing metrics for decision-making and continuous improvement.
- Willingness to work on-site at one of the specified locations.
- Legal authorization to work in the U.S. without visa sponsorship.
