The Human Resources Assistant provides administrative support to the Human Resources department by performing a variety of tasks related to onboarding, benefits, employee records and offboarding.
Responsibilities :
HR Operations Support :
- Provide administrative support for HR projects, such as audits, program analysis, training sessions, employee engagement initiatives, and policy updates.
- Collaborate with other HR team members to streamline and improve processes.
- Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations by maintaining proper documentation and assisting with audits.
- Support the implementation and communication of HR policies and procedures.
- Utilize Excel and other Microsoft Site tools to manage HR data, track key metrics and improve reporting capabilities.
