Currently we are seeking a “Marketing Specialist” for one of our clients that is a leading multination corporation.
The Marketing team is responsible for marketing the company's exceptional product portfolio to end users, partners and customers on a worldwide basis. We have a variety of roles, including product marketing, creative services, event management, quantitative marketing and field marketing.
The Team: Cross-Channel Marketing & Go-To-Market
The Cross-Channel Marketing & Go-To-Market Marketing team works across Product Marketing teams to deliver a more cohesive and customer centric experience to our small & medium business customers.

The Role: [Temp] Marketing Specialist, Ads Marketing
The [Temp] Marketing Specialist, Ads Marketing candidate will drive growth marketing campaigns all the way from strategy to launch and scale. This includes defining the strategy, mobilizing creative agencies, designing a testing plan, executing the campaigns, analyzing results to track campaign success, and optimizing. You will become a thought leader on multi-channel campaigns to meet our acquisition and adoption goals across the portfolio. You are a strategic and analytical thinker who can break down problems and find solutions. You are a collaborator who thrives in a highly cross-functional environment.
Responsibilities
- Develop, launch, scale and optimize online acquisition campaigns utilizing paid media and owned and earned channels.
- Develop content to support Ads feature & product adoption programs.
- Develop, launch and scale email campaigns for Ads feature adoption
- Develop, test, and implement scaled marketing programs that help grow Ads customers, from creative brief, to production, to launch and measurement, from creative brief, to production, to launch and measurement
- Analyze all aspects of the user funnel to identify areas for improvement and audience-specific user journeys. Generate growth insights on user flows and growth models.
- Test, and launch experiments across a user’s lifecycle. Measure the uplift and efficacy of experiments and campaigns using performance metrics, customer research, and hard data.
- Use data to build deep insights on customers throughout their journey with products
- Apply growth marketing principles and work with cross-functional stakeholders to define, launch, and measure experiments that drive business impact
Skill/Experience/Education
MandatoryBA/BS degree with 5 years of experience working in operations and/or strategy consulting or campaign operations
5 years experience in developing, testing, and managing integrated marketing campaigns and program management
Experience running scaled digital marketing campaigns, including paid media campaigns
Experience in designing experiment test plans for campaign variant testing
Experience in program management or in establishing / optimizing business processes
Effective communication skills and ability to drive discussions and presentations at all levels of the organization
