Project Overview:
The SAGE UXR team is the largest team in SAGE UX with critical responsibilities to plan, glean, and interpret user insights that influence product decisions across the SAGE organization. Program Management support is key to ensuring that programs are operating as planned and that the outputs of the team are aligned with XFN and Organic partner goals.
Overall Responsibilities:
One of the critical programs that the temp would support is the Sentiment workstream which is a horizontal program involving Ads, Search, and Shopping teams. This program seeks to gain an understanding of the impact of the whole page experience (inclusive of ads) on the overall perception of Google and sustain a framework to measure this sentiment in a repeatable and actionable way. Other responsibilities include but are not limited to team operations, inclusive of team resourcing, prioritization, communication, event planning, and goal/OKR setting and scoring.
Top 3 Daily Responsibilities:
- Day to day program management of the Whole Page Sentiment program and other programs
- Operationalizing research infra, including AI utilization
- Team operations and communications
Mandatory Skills/Qualifications:
- Education: Work experience that aligns with the role level
- Specific Tools or Applications experience (ex. Google Apps, Salesforce CRM, etc) Certification or license (ex. CPA, PMP, Cisco)
- Previous UX program management experience
- Experience working with Google Workspace (Google Docs, Sheets)
- Excellent team collaboration skills (as this role has a high degree of x-org collaboration)
- Experience crafting communications/presentations for an executive audience
- Excellent communication skills (both written and oral)
- Hybrid (in-office 3x a week) in New York City
Non-Essential Skills/Qualifications:
- Previous experience working as a UX research program manager
- Past Google experience
