Job Description:
- UXR team is the largest team with critical responsibilities to plan, glean, and interpret user insights that influence product decisions across the organization.
- Program Management support is key to ensuring that programs are operating as planned and that the outputs of the team are aligned with Organic partner goals.
Responsibilities:
- Day to day program management of the Whole Page Sentiment program and other programs.
- Operationalizing research infra, including AI utilization.
- On-time execution of program milestones, tracked by milestone completion rate and adherence to deadlines across cross-functional teams.
- Team operations and communications.
- One of the critical programs that you would support is the Sentiment workstream which is a horizontal program involving Ads, Search, and Shopping teams.
- This program seeks to gain an understanding of the impact of the whole page experience (inclusive of ads) on the overall perception and sustain a framework to measure this sentiment in a repeatable and actionable way.
- Other responsibilities include but are not limited to team operations, inclusive of team resourcing, prioritization, communication, event planning, and goal/OKR setting and scoring.
Experience:
- Previous UX program management experience.
- Experience working with Workspace (Docs, SpreadSheets).
- Excellent team collaboration skills (as this role has a high degree collaboration).
- Experience crafting communications/presentations for an executive audience.
