Job Summary:

Trim Healthy Mama’s mission is to help women and men of all ages lead healthier lives. We focus on bringing consumer retail physical and digital products from concept to completed sale. Trim Healthy Mama is looking for a Digital Marketing Manager dedicated to optimizing and leveraging our existing digital channels to drive enterprise results. This person will also identify and possibly create other digital and social channels that may suit our objectives. Job duties will include, but are not limited to, creating content plans, managing the marketing calendar, managing social media accounts, optimizing web pages, coordinating operational efforts in conjunction with marketing plans, and other general Digital Marketing and Social Media activities. This job will include leading and building up the marketing team of this fast-growing brand!

To be successful at Trim Healthy, the Digital Marketing Manager will need to be self-driven, motivated and detail oriented. The ideal applicant can also work in a team environment and be willing to use and learn new technologies. This person will work with our business operational team, our content team, and the web development team to ensure the successful delivery Trim Healthy products to the marketplace. The critical function of this position is to effectively market to our target markets!

Duties and Responsibilities:

- Digital Strategy and Execution

  • Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with business objectives, including strategies for podcasts, coaching, and membership programs.
  • Identify and evaluate emerging digital channels and tools to enhance audience engagement, particularly in the health and wellness niche.
  • Direct and manage paid search, SEO configurations, and social media campaigns to drive traffic, conversions, and membership growth.

- Content and Program Management

  • Collaborate with podcast hosts and producers to promote episodes through digital and social channels, ensuring optimal reach and engagement.
  • Coordinate with coaching program leaders to market services effectively and optimize participant onboarding and retention.
  • Support the growth of the membership program by developing targeted campaigns to attract, convert, and retain members.
  • Oversee the creation of engaging digital content plans, ensuring alignment with brand objectives and program goals.

- Performance Analytics and Optimization

  • Track and analyze performance metrics across socials, podcasts, coaching programs, and memberships, using data-driven insights to optimize strategies.
  • Provide actionable recommendations to increase social engagements, podcast downloads, coaching signups, and membership renewals.
  • Monitor SEO configurations and implement strategies to improve visibility for products, podcasts, coaching and membership offerings.

- Team Collaboration and Leadership

  • Lead and mentor a growing marketing team, fostering creativity, collaboration, and professional development.
  • Work closely with executives, operations department, coaching leaders, podcast teams, and membership managers to align marketing efforts with overarching business goals.
  • Serve as the primary point of communication for marketing updates, challenges, and achievements.

Operational Coordination

  • Manage the marketing calendar, ensuring timely execution of campaigns and deliverables for all programs.
  • Coordinate with various departments and executive management to integrate marketing initiatives seamlessly across platforms and programs.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience promoting and marketing podcasts, including audience growth strategies.
  • Familiarity with coaching and membership program marketing, including customer acquisition and retention strategies.
  • Knowledge of podcast platforms (e.g., Apple Podcasts, Spotify) and membership platforms (e.g., Circle, Kajabi).
  • Advanced understanding of CRM platforms and tools for nurturing leads and managing memberships.

  • Engagement-Oriented: Focused on growing and retaining highly engaged audiences across multiple channels and platforms.
  • Leadership Ability: Proven experience leading and inspiring teams to achieve shared goals across diverse initiatives.
  • Creative Problem-Solver: Able to develop innovative solutions to maximize the impact of podcasts, coaching programs, and memberships.
  • Strong Communicator: Excellent verbal and written communication skills for collaborating with cross-functional teams and engaging audiences.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • 10 years of marketing experience, with at least 5 years in digital marketing.
  • Demonstrated success in promoting and growing podcasts, coaching programs, or membership communities.
  • Technical proficiency in marketing platforms such as GoHighLevel, MailChimp or Klaviyo.
  • Knowledge of podcast analytics tools and CRM systems for managing coaching and memberships.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, or a related field preferred.
  • Proven ability to analyze performance metrics and refine strategies for improved ROI.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: $66,000.00 - $72,000.00 per year
