Position Overview:
As a Spare Parts Representative, you’ll support our Parts Department by efficiently picking and packing parts orders, while learning and cross-training in customer service functions. This includes answering phones, emails, and taking customer orders. This role is essential in ensuring timely and accurate order fulfilment, contributing to a positive customer experience, and maintaining smooth operations during high-volume periods.
Key Responsibilities:
- Pick and pack parts in the warehouse based on order requests, ensuring accurate and timely shipment of parts to customers.
- Assist with restocking parts, labeling shelves, and maintaining an organized, clean warehouse space to reduce errors and increase efficiency.
- Cross-train in customer service by answering phone calls, responding to emails, and taking customer orders, ensuring a seamless experience for our customers.
- Learn to use the order processing system to manage customer orders and track their status.
- Collaborate closely with the Spare Parts team to ensure coordinated efforts and enhance service quality during peak periods.
- This position may evolve based on the department's needs and your progress, with opportunities to take on additional responsibilities.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to handle inquiries and order-taking with care.
- Attention to detail and commitment to accuracy in every aspect of the job.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Dependability and punctuality, with the ability to multitask.- Preferred experience in customer service, parts, or service-based industries, and/or prior experience in a warehouse or order fulfillment environment.
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to lift and carry heavy equipment and parts, often weighing up to 50-75 pounds.
- Capable of performing physically demanding tasks such as pushing, pulling, and maneuvering large equipment.
Education:
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus, but not required.

Schedule:
