We are looking for an energetic and initiative-taking individual to join Trimble Insurance Agency as a Client Success Manager on our Personal Lines team. Our Client Success Managers excel at building relationships with our clients and are equipped with a problem-solving mentality in handling daily risk management strategies. Your primary role will be the main point of contact for clients. You are expected to build & maintain relationships, provide timely communication and ensure clients are well informed about their coverage options. The Client Success Manager role handles all inside service work associated with accounts including coverage issues, endorsements, problem solving, renewals, policy checking and answering client questions.
Roles and Responsibilities

We operate with a team mentality. You will have an assigned set of customers to work with and are expected to assist team members when needed.
Partner with our Risk Advisors and agency support staff to deliver an exceptional client experience.
You will be the main point of contact for our clients to answer their questions and any concerns.
Develop and maintain new and existing relationships to build trust with clients.
Problem solve, analyze issues and deliver solutions with confidence to clients.
Bring a client first-mentality every day, always treating the client like royalty.
Preferred Skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills with an emphasis on drafting professional business correspondence.
Ability to organize and prioritize tasks based on the urgency of each request.
Proficient in Microsoft 365 suite including Outlook, Word, and Excel.
Experience with Applied Systems Epic.
Operate in a team focused environment. Our culture centers around treating each other and clients like family.
Qualifications
Active Ohio insurance P&C license.
2-5 years of experience in client account management within the insurance industry.
Experience using Applied Epic (preferred)
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients and team members.
Ability to excel in a fast-paced environment adapting to the needs of clients.
Team player that contributes to a positive and fun work culture.
High degree of professionalism.
Desire to grow professionally and continually educate yourself on industry trends and changes.
