Inside Sales Manager - The ideal candidate will have a background in Light Towers and/or Power Generation Equipment - Rental/Dealer. Responsible for Designing Work Plan for efficient, profitable and consistent Sales Revenue growth of TRIME US by supporting the Managing Director, Sales Organization and Customers. Effectively implementing the same by performing the following listed duties.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties will be assigned from time to time.
General Responsibilities:
- Sales and Marketing Support
- Work effectively and efficiently as part of the overall Sales and Marketing team in support of Sales, Service and Parts
- Continuously build industry knowledge base of Market & Customer landscape
- Develop proactive telemarketing call plan
- Effectively communicate all customer needs to management and external sales force
- Order Processing
- Document all customer contact in RMI
- Actively participate meetings as assigned
- Continually gain knowledge of industry and business
- Work seamlessly with operations and logistics in fulfillment of orders
Specific Duties:
- Ensures all duties assigned as part of the job are completed as designed
- Develops work plan and documents the same on Outlook calendar
- All duties are performed accurately and on a timely basis
- Reviews and updates all literature and specifications on a regular basis
- Reviews work priority with manager each week
- Develops standard machine photo protocol
- Assist in answering phones and independently complete orders for:
- New & Used Machines
- Supplies, Service, Parts and Accessories
- Assist in providing trucking and logistics to fill orders
- Assist with company physical inventories
- When dealing with customers, gathers information about customer’s business, customers' needs and expectation of Trime, applications for equipment, fleet size, equipment procurement strategy (buy or rent)
- Develops and participates in telemarketing campaign
- Develops product knowledge of all offered brands
- Participates in training when offered
- Creates quotations for sales group when asked
- Reviews and corrects inaccurate data in RMI customer database (customer records)
- Assists in developing accurate unit forecasts
- Follow up with customers after sale is closed to gauge satisfaction and inquire whether there are additional needs, parts, etc.
- Control the deal, take time to gather all the facts to make a correct decision for the company and the customer
- Assists and fills in during team member’s vacations, time out, etc.
- Assists handling walk in customers
- Performs successful product demonstrations to customers
- Ability to work with constructive performance critiques aimed at learning and personal enhancement
- Keep work and desk area clean and presentable
- Assists in planning, preparation and participation in industry trade shows when needed
- Assists in the development and use of RMI
- Help gathering market statistics and information on customers
- Work with outside suppliers when assigned
- Develop reports for external sales staff on a regular basis as assigned
- Make suggestions to management for process improvements

Education and/or Experience
Bachelor's degree (B. A.) from four-year college or university; or five to seven years’ related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Language Skills
Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations. Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public.
Mathematical Skills
Ability to work with mathematical concepts such as probability and statistical inference, and fundamentals of plane and solid geometry and trigonometry. Ability to apply concepts such as fractions, percentages, ratios, and proportions to practical situations.
Reasoning Ability
Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions. Ability to interpret an extensive variety of technical instructions in mathematical or diagram form and deal with several abstract and concrete variables.
Computer Skills
To perform this job successfully, an individual should have knowledge of Microsoft, RMI Rental Software, Internet Explorer Internet software, Excel Spreadsheet software and Word Processing software. Others may be needed from time to time.
