Key Responsibilities
We are seeking a proactive and progressive individual to lead our product support and training efforts. Key responsibilities include:
- Leading all technical support work
- Developing product sales training programs
- Training current staff and customers on product usage and maintenance
- Providing product troubleshooting and technical support
- Developing service and technical support training materials
- Comparing competitive product support offerings
- Enhancing product manuals and online support materials
Requirements
The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:
- Valid driver's license
- Access to reliable transportation
- Associate degree or equivalent
