The Inventory Validation Lead directly supports the Inventory Validation team and works closely with leadership to drive consistent and accurate inventory validation results. This position will lead company initiatives through the oversight and mentoring of newer associates on the team, tagging of medical devices which would include both basic and high-end medical assets serving as the onsite subject matter expert, and promotes consistent team culture in accordance with TRIMEDX mission, vision, and values. This is a full-time permanent position on the inventory validation team.
Driving for accurate and consistent inventory productivity while maintaining a team first training mentality for new associates will be essential functions of the role. Experience with validating and/or working with medical assets will also be necessary to perform in this role.

Responsibilities
Inventory Validation Process - 75%
- Attend all new site inventory validation trips at customer sites.
- Follow TRIMEDX process for matching & tagging medical equipment at new customer site.
- Assist in the coordination of onsite inventory projects as requested by department leadership.
- Validate and ensure accuracy of high-end modality types including radiology, laboratory, and operating room specialty equipment.
- Ensure understanding of in-scope devices to be validated.
- Complete process improvement or related training to advance skill set and understanding.
- Train and mentor newer associates on inventory validation team taking direction from leadership. Monitor, educate, coach and report on associate and overall team progress and understanding of key functions to the Inventory Supervisor.
- Provides indirect leadership to ensure team is following inventory audit processes during implementation projects.
- Provide meaningful feedback regarding process improvement in support of a continuous improvement environment.
- Provide temporary coverage at sites as needed based on staffing resources.
- Temporary support to sites for Performance Verification of general biomed equipment, special projects, etc.
- Temporary coverage during RSQ training at new sites and/or assist with other projects.
- Other duties as assigned.
- Minimum of one year experience working in a healthcare environment with medical equipment (including inventory validation, servicing and repair) is required.
- Ability to relocate is preferred for upward mobility.
- Lifting/Carrying/Pushing/Pulling a cart up to 50 lbs.
- Strong Microsoft Excel skills preferred.
- Leadership and coaching experience preferred.
- Demonstrated attention to detail with strong drive for accuracy.
- Experience with or demonstrated proficiency working in a CMMS.
- Ability to work both solo and in a collaborative team format.
- Ability to manage a project team with ability to prioritize work and balance multiple projects.
- Ability to build, establish, and manage collaborative relationships.
- Excellent problem solving and analytical thinking skills.
- Strong written, verbal, and presentational communication skills.
- Investment in the development and growth of entry level associates.
- Drive a vehicle and travel up to 100% of the time, including overnight stays.
- High School diploma or equivalent experience required; Some college with technical focus preferred.
