JOB SUMMARY:
The Senior Associate, Learning and Development, plays a pivotal role in fostering A culture of continuous learning and professional growth. In this role you will collaborate with team members to design, implement and evaluate comprehensive training programs that enhance team member skills and drive organizational performance.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Coordinate training and professional development initiatives
- Assist in creating, updating, and delivering interactive training modules both in person and virtually
- Utilize Learning Management Systems efficiently to oversee training records and obligations Assess
- training program effectiveness through feedback collection, data analysis, and necessary enhancements
- Develop and administer assessments, quizzes, exams, and post-program evaluations
- Manage a library of up-to-date resource materials
- Collaborate with Internal Communications to raise awareness about training programs when necessary
- Support Trimont in the performance review process by managing communication, training schedules, and technology
- Work closely with the People and Culture Business Partners to engage and educate leaders on talent processes
- Work with other People and Culture (P&C) team members to facilitate a best practice onboarding and orientation experience for new team members
- Participate in facilitating new hire orientation
- Respond to internal and external Training and Development (T&D) inquiries
- Enter Training and Development (T&D) invoices into the Concur application
- Provide assistance for ad-hoc People and Culture (P&C) initiatives when required
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- 5 years of experience in Human Resources or Training and Development in a corporate setting
- Familiarity with instructional design and adult learning principles
- Proficiency in HRIS and learning management systems, preferably UKG
- Experience with Articulate 360 or similar course development tools
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a focus on building trust within the team
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational abilities
- Effective time management skills for both independent and team-oriented work in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with care
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Adaptive and proactive team player
