Job Summary:

The Senior Director will lead cross-functional initiatives within the Credit Resolution area, requiring a thorough analysis of complex challenges. It demands decision-making in multifaceted situations, leveraging an understanding of Credit Resolution policies and compliance. Collaboration with peers and managers is crucial for resolving issues and achieving objectives. Additionally, the role includes leading projects and teams or mentoring peers.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead complex initiatives, including cross-functional projects with broad impact, and participate in large-scale planning for the Credit Resolution functional area.
  • Review and analyze complex, large-scale, and long-term business, operational, or technical challenges, requiring in-depth evaluation of multiple factors, including intangibles or unprecedented elements.
  • Make informed decisions in multifaceted situations, understanding the Credit Resolution functional area's policies, procedures, and compliance requirements, to influence and lead a broader work team in meeting deliverables and driving new initiatives.
  • Collaborate and consult with Credit Resolution peers, colleagues, and managers to resolve issues and achieve goals.
  • Lead Credit Resolution projects and teams, or serve as a peer mentor.

Required Qualifications:

  • 5 Years of Commercial Banking Portfolio Management experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
  • Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business, Finance, Accounting, or a related field required.
