Job Summary:
The Senior Director focuses on evaluating property performance, conducting inspections and audits, managing financial risks, and processing financial requests. It involves developing strategies for consent requests, interacting with stakeholders, interpreting loan and investment documents, and understanding real estate transaction dynamics. Additionally, the role includes mentoring Credit Analysts.
Responsibilities:
- Review, analyze, and report on property performance.
- Conduct or oversee physical condition inspections and compliance audits, analyzing and reporting findings.
- Identify and assess issues related to balance sheet and investor risk, providing detailed reports.
- Review and process reserve requests or equity capital contributions.
- Develop strategies and solutions for consent requests from borrowers, developers, or general partners.
- Interact with borrowers, developers, general partners, investors, and other internal and external stakeholders.
- Review, understand, and interpret a wide range of loan and investment documents.
- Understand all aspects of real estate transactions, including loan/investment structures, borrower/partnership/LLC structures, property management, and market conditions.
- Serve as a mentor to assigned Credit Analysts.
Required Qualifications:
- 5 Years of Commercial Banking Portfolio Management experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
- Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business, Finance, Accounting, or a related field required.
