Job Summary :
The Capability Development Manager is responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive strategy that aligns learning, talent management, and capability development initiatives with TFE's organizational goals. This role will lead the design, implementation, and management of a broad range of programs aimed at enhancing employee skills, fostering career growth, and building organizational capacity to support business objectives. The Capability Development Manager will work closely with business leaders and HR to promote continuous learning, drive leadership development, and ensure a high-performance culture.
The Capability Development Manager, in partnership with internal Business Leaders, will lead TFE's training and development initiatives both internally for employees and externally for customer partners. The successful leader will have strong skills and experience in the design, development and implementation of learning, development and change management initiatives and programs utilizing the tools and practices considered leading edge within a training and development organization. The successful candidate will be responsible for selecting, creating and updating curriculum and utilizing appropriate training delivery methods and facilitation skills to deliver structured as well as just-in-time training programs utilizing a decentralized train the trainer model that relies on business partner resources within tight budget parameters. This candidate will have the opportunity to touch all areas of our business and broaden their professional skill set with knowledge and experience in the application of organizational development principles, practices and tools that support execution of business strategy.

- Ensure seamless integration of learning and development initiatives with talent management practices, creating a unified approach to employee growth.

Working Conditions :
Salary Range : $98,100.00 - $160,000.00
The starting pay will be based on several factors, including but not limited to experience, training, education, and geographic location. TFE offers a comprehensive benefits package that includes medical, dental, vision, life insurance coverage, disability benefits, PTO, wellness programs and fertility and family building benefits. We also provide a 401(k) plan where TFE may make a discretionary profit-sharing contribution.
