We are currently seeking a Marketing and Sales Support for our Sales and Marketing Team at our corporate office in Irvine, CA. The selected candidate will be motivated and career focused team players, with a desire to work in a growing small to medium sized company. The position will primarily function in assisting Marketing and Sales Departments, including working with our CRM to create reports, develop proposals and respond to RFP's, assist in front desk support, marketing collateral assistance, and other clerical duties.
A brief overview of responsibilities include, yet are not limited to:
- Creating and executing targeted sales support efforts
- Participating in periodic client support phone calls and meetings
- Meeting Minutes - note taking
- Assisting Sales Team with data entry of lead lists, estimates, proposals and RFP responses
- Write internal and external communication pieces - often in the form of newsletters, press releases, articles, etc
- Assist in event planning and travel arrangements
- Tracking Trinet Award nominations and networking events
- General clerical duties and front desk coverage
Requirements
- Ability to prioritize tasks as to urgency
- Excellent communication skills (verbal & written) necessary for daily communication and correspondence with people at all levels of the organization
- High efficiency in grammar, spelling, and editing
- Multi-task, great phone manner, proactive and resourceful with administrative support experience
- Highly organized individual with ease of service on last minute quick change requests of priorities and daily tasks
- Entry level position with interest in administration and marketing
- Experience in proposal writing
- Advanced Excel, PPT, and Prezi proficiency, with advanced knowledge of internet and website functionality
- Exceptional organizational skills and good phone skills and customer service
- Must be able to work with minimal direct supervision
- Friendly, ability to multi-task, willingness to learn, and strong drive to achieve results
- CRM experience (NetSuite familiarity is a plus)
- Experience in Social Media marketing and analytics
