Job Summary
We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented Office Clerk to join our team. The Office Clerk will undertake administrative tasks, ensuring the office runs smoothly and efficiently.
Duties
- Answer and direct phone calls in a polite and professional manner
- Maintain office filing and storage systems
- Manage the front desk area and greet visitors
-Assist clients with various state applications (Medicaid applications, STAR Plus Applications)
Experience
-Familiarity with PHC Forms and processes
- Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritize work
- Bilingual communication skills, both written and verbal
- Experience with phone systems and phone etiquette is preferred
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $10.00 per hour
Expected hours: 12 per week
