Position: EVV Clerk
The EVV Clerk, is a highly skilled and tech-savvy individual to join our team as a compliance specialist specializing in Electronic Visit Verification (EVV) mobile applications. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of mobile technology, excellent troubleshooting skills, a passion for assisting users with technical and clock in/out issues. The EVV Clerk will also be responsible to ensure the team is meeting agency deadlines and follow standard operating procedures.
Responsibilities and Duties:
· Assist with answering telephone calls in a polite and professional manner.
· Responsible for department’s everyday maintenance on EVV system.
· Responsible for ordering, assigning, and keeping track of EVV tokens.
· Responsible for making day to day schedule changes.
· Act as a trainer and guide for EVV users, walking them through the process of using mobile application.
· Required for documenting proper Free Text in Non-Preferred Codes in EVV system.
· Required to meet department’s deadline every pay period as appointed by Administration to ensure billing is done without mistakes and on time.
· Responsible for all clients and attendants regardless of assigned client/attendants.
· Responsible for updating and maintaining department’s Client List.
· Must ensure all invoices are accounted for and not missing prior to billing.
· Ensure all EVV clerks review daily On-Call Log as directed by Administration.
· Must coordinate with QA staff and Billing representative.
· Follows all agency policies and procedures ethically and appropriately.
· Accepts suggestion, criticism, and recommendation for improvement in performance without complaint.
· Accepts additional tasks from Administration.

· Must have excellent communication skills.
Qualifications:
· At least 18 years of age.
· High School Diploma or GED.
· Telephone Etiquette.
· Operate Office Equipment.
· Computer Literate demonstrate proficiency in typing and other office skills.
· Excel computer program.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $13.00 - $16.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
