Ace Primary Home care is currently seeking highly motivated individual that is responsible for contacting client and attendants for EVV maintenance. This role requires strong communication skills and the ability to maintain positive relationships with clients and attendants while adhering to program regulations and quality assurance standards. Experience as a EVV Coordinator is a must.
Responsibilities
- EVV maintenance on daily visits.
- Answering phone calls
- Assisting attendants with necessary changes.
- Assisting in correcting any discrepancies with clock in and clock out codes.
Requirements
- Two years of PHC experience in EVV department.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Positive attitude and ability to work independently.
- Compassion for working with the aged and disabled.
- Verifiable work history with good references.
Job Types: Full-time
Pay: $13.00 - $16.00 per hour DOE
Work Location: Pharr, Tx (In office)
