What are the responsibilities and job description for the EVV Coordinator/Clerk position at New Life Home Health Service?
Job Responsibilities:
1) Take in-coming telephone calls and direct to staff w/acceptable phone etiquette.
2) Take message for all staff.
3) Search and locate attendants for hire, hire substitute attendants
4) Coordinate with PHC Director, attendant and participate as per hire date.
5) Electronic Visit Verify with Vesta Program
6) Schedule changes for clients and notify attendants
7) Type 2067's, File, Document on client boards for hospitalization
8) Perform Data Entry and other general duties
9) Assist with attendant applications and other delegated tasks.
*Work Experience is a must
Education: High School Diploma/GED
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From $15.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
