What are the responsibilities and job description for the Catholic Musician Support Services position at TriniteeBee LLC Goverment Contractor?
- TASKS: The Contractor shall provide music to support the missions and responsibilities of the Command Religious Program for the Joint Base Little Creek Chapel on an annual basis as follows:
Perform one (1) Roman Catholic Mass service per week for a total of fifty-two (52) services. Roman Catholic Mass service begins at 12:15 pm on Sundays and lasts approximately one hour.
- Perform eight (8) special event services (i.e. Ash Wednesday, Christmas Eve mass, Holy Week Services, etc.). Schedule to be determined.
- Perform Monthly choir rehearsals for the Catholic Mass for a total of twelve (12) regular rehearsals. The rehearsal shall include rehearsal time for special musical selections. Rehearsal shall last approximately 1 hours. Rehearsal days and times are to be determined.
- Plan and provide music for a maximum of two (2) services for funerals, memorial services, and special events in coordination with the Installation Chaplain (not to exceed 2 services).
- Provide a Lessons Learned Report within 45 days of an incident regarding any problems encountered and resolved. A copy of the report shall be forwarded to the primary point of contact.
- Ensure the music program is prepared for Catholic service. Provide recommendations of relevant musical selections to the officiating Chaplain for approval.
REQUIREMENTS: To meet the minimum requirements for this effort the Contractor shall have the requisite skills and experience consistent with musicians whose background and experiences are acceptable to chapel requirements.
