TAPA: Trinity Academy for the Performing Arts, an academically rigorous public charter school for the arts, seeks a Per Diem Substitute Teacher. Position Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and flexible individual to join our team as a Per Diem Substitute Teacher. This role requires the readiness to substitute teach across various subjects and grade levels (7-12), including specialized arts subjects such as theatre, film, music, and dance.
Compensation: $150-$200/day, based on experience and qualifications.
At TAPA, subjects are taught utilizing an arts-integrated curriculum aligned with the Common Core Standards, embedding the arts into the core of interdisciplinary learning. TAPA prepares students to meet or exceed Rhode Island’s graduation requirements and perform at or above grade level on all state and local assessments. We address each student’s individual academic needs using assessment data and continuous feedback, while providing clear academic, social, and artistic expectations.
