Job Function:
Enrollment Assistants will assist the Enrollment Coordinator or Manager with all aspects of enrollment including processing applications, maintaining student files, extracting and/or entering student information in the district’s
student information management systems and providing excellent customer service to TBP parents and staff.
Duties:
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include but are not limited to the following.
• Provides exceptional customer services to current and prospective TBP parents.
• Processes new student applications to determine eligibility for admission and program placement.
• Assists the Enrollment Coordinator/Manager in the execution of all student enrollment, re-enrollment, and admission-related processes.
• Assists in the maintenance of the student enrollment waitlist.
• Contacts and works collaboratively with parents and previous schools to obtain missing or incomplete student
records/documents.
• Prepares and/or enters new student information and/or documentation into TBP's student information systems
• Distributes appropriate documentation to campuses for all enrolled students.
• Copies documents needed to facilitate the enrollment process.
• Fulfills records requests for current and former students.
• Other duties as assigned by the Enrollment Coordinator or Manager.

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to sit; use hands to grasp, handle, or feel; and talk or hear. The employee is regularly required to stand, walk, and reach with hands and arms. The employee must occasionally lift and /or move up to 25 pounds.
Requirements:
- High School diploma or equivalent.
- 1-2 years of related experience preferred.
- Required to speak, read, and write English and Spanish.
