Job Function :
The primary duty of the Enrollment Coordinator is to manage various functions of the district's student enrollment department, which oversees the admission of all new students and the re-enrollment of returning students in compliance with applicable laws, rules, policies and procedures.
Duties :
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include but are not limited to the following.
- Takes the lead in coordinating with all TBP campuses, the English as a Second Language (ESL) department, and
the Parent Liaison / campus counselors on the qualification of eligible Pre-Kindergarten students under
applicable law, regulations, and policy.
Takes the lead in coordinating with other members of the Enrollment Department in requesting studentrecords, preparing memoranda for the CEO / Superintendent, and communicating with parents in discipline
review cases.
With the Enrollment Manager, manages the Pre-K qualification components of TBP's Enrollment ManagementSystem (EMS) to ensure that the online application, pre-registration packet, and parent notifications are
updated and functional.
With the Enrollment Manager, ensures proper documentation and filing in TBP's Student RecordsManagement System (RMS) of records supporting the eligibility of Pre-Kindergarten students.
With members of the Enrollment Department, ensures proper updates and documentation of Pre-K trackersand Discipline trackers across all campuses.
Oversees the management of Pre-K enrollment waitlists for qualified and non-qualified students.Develops and executes processes to efficiently approve applications, gather required documentation fromparents, and obtain documents from previous schools.
Distributes information from parents and previous schools to administrative and instructional staff to ensurethat all information needed to make grade and program placements decisions has been received.
Uses critical thinking skills to analyze enrollment procedures to improve the effectiveness and efficiency of theenrollment process.
Uses personal discretion and problem-solving skills to recognize and resolve enrollment issues.Provides ongoing training for district employees regarding enrollment policies and procedures.Coordinates with Student Recruitment, Marketing, and Campus Staff regarding implementation of all aspectsof the enrollment process.

Requirements :
High school diploma or equivalent certification required.Superior organizational and communication skills.Ability to speak, read, and write English.Ability to speak, read, and write Spanish preferred.Reliable transportation required.
