- Perform facility maintenance service and repairs in the areas of plumbing, carpentry, painting, and plastering, HVAC, building electrical fixtures, switches and power sources
- Follow all safety rules and practices
- May be involved in safety committees or initiatives
- Performs other duties as assigned
What you'll need:
- 1-2 years of related work experience
- Basic preventative maintenance and repairs to facility, building infrastructure, associated systems
- Diagnosing and troubleshooting problems with plumbing, HVAC, grounds
- Ability to read and understand schematics
