What you'll do : Perform facility maintenance service and repairs in the areas of plumbing, carpentry, painting, and plastering, HVAC, building electrical fixtures, switches and power sources Follow all safety rules and practices May be involved in safety committees or initiatives Performs other duties as assigned Qualifications What you'll need : 1-2 years of related work experience Basic preventative maintenance and repairs to facility, building infrastructure, associated systems Diagnosing and troubleshooting problems with plumbing, HVAC, grounds Ability to read and understand schematics
