- Oversee accounting, financial reporting, and risk management to ensure financial soundness
- Develop and implement financial strategies that reduce dependence on student loan debt
- Collaborate with faculty, administrators, and community partners to design creative solutions that make education more accessible and affordable for students
- Ensure financial models support holistic student wellbeing, balancing educational affordability with focus on personal, spiritual, and professional development
Requirements
- Proven experience as a CFO or in a senior financial leadership role, preferably in higher education or non-profit sectors
- Master's degree in business administration, finance, accounting, or a related field preferred
- Strong knowledge of innovative economic models and alternative financing solutions
