POSITION SUMMARY
The Human Resources Intern will play a crucial role assisting with enhancing the experience of the wellness program and managing day-to-day activities. This internship will provide the opportunity to gain hands on experience in human resources, communications, and project management.
Hours Per Week: 15 - 20 hours during Spring 2025 & 25 - 35 hours during Summer 2025 | Flexible Schedule | Pay Rate: $20 an hour
To be considered you must be a student enrolled in an undergraduate program. The Internship will run from March - August 1st, 2025.
PRIMARY TASKS
- Support the planning, coordination, and execution of wellness activities to promote employee engagement and overall well-being.
- Help draft internal communications, such as announcements, and other employee engagement materials.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation for HR-related initiatives.
- Support other HR projects as assigned by supervisor.
REQUIRED AND PREFERRED EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, AND CREDENTIALS
- Current Junior or Senior in a accredited undergraduate program majoring in human resources management or business-related, is required.
- 0 - 2 years of office related experience and/or human resources experience preferred
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Curious, creative, and independent thinker
- Experience using Microsoft Office Suite
