POSITION SUMMARY
Reporting to the Office of the Chief Infrastructure & Facilities Officer, the Administrative Director, Asset Management & Facilities Support (ADAMFS) supports the CIFO in maintaining and optimizing Trinity physical infrastructure. The successful candidate will be responsible for the day-to-day development, and execution of facility management strategies to ensure a safe, efficient, well planned and well-maintained environment and will oversee budget tracking and management.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Strategic Planning :
- Work with the CIFO to collaborate with executive leadership and with staff enterprise-wide to align facility operations with mission and enterprise objectives.
Vendor and Contractor Management :
Work with 3rd party building management team to ensure sound and reliable facility maintenance and operationsOversee relationships with external vendors and contractors for facility-related services.Oversee contract negotiation and ensure service level agreements are met.Monitor vendor performance against contractual obligations and key performance indicators.Continuously assess and improve budgeting and vendor management processes.Implement tools and systems to streamline budget tracking and vendor communication.Reporting and Documentation :
Prepare and present regular reports on facility performance, budget adherence, and key performance indicators.Maintain accurate documentation of facility-related activities and procedures.Budget Planning and Oversight :Collaborate with project managers, directors, and stakeholders to develop comprehensive project budgets.Conduct thorough analysis and forecasting to ensure accurate budget estimations.Oversee project expenses and variances providing regular reports to the CIFOIdentify opportunities for cost savings and efficiency improvements.Other
