Trinity Church in Orange City, IA is seeking to hire a Pastor of Spiritual Formation and Missions. Trinity Church is a large multi-staff congregation with two locations (Orange City and Hospers). The Pastor of Spiritual Formation & Missions will work with the Lead Pastor to intentionally create a culture and design specific practices and pathways whereby God’s people are being formed as apprentices of Jesus who participate in God’s redemptive work in the world.
