Job Overview
Looking for a take charge person who will help organize the office, assist Senior Staff members, and help make sure all office functions run smoothly and sufficiently. Must have strong organizational and planning skills, and be able to multitask and prioritize work.

Duties
-

  • Maintaining office systems
  • Organizing procedures, managing files, and ensuring the office is clean and well-maintained
  • Supporting staff
  • Scheduling meetings and events, and helping with induction programs for new employees
  • Managing office equipment
  • Ensuring that office equipment is working properly, and ordering supplies when needed
  • Managing space
  • Planning office layouts and moves, and allocating office space and supplies
  • Managing correspondence
  • Handling mail and shipping packages, and dealing with complaints and queries
  • Supporting HR and finance
  • Keeping personnel records up to date, arranging interviews
  • Supporting senior management
  • Attending meetings, providing performance reports, and assisting with special projects, assisting with the President, Sr Project Manager and Financial Controller

Qualifications

  • Good attention to detail, problem solving skills, and excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Pays attention to details, can be discrete with incoming mail, phone calls, messages, emails and all around documents.
  • Familiar with Human Resources policies and documents, as you will be helping with the Onboarding and Offboarding of employees.
  • Skills to include: proficiency in typing, Microsoft word, excel, outlook, PowerPoint.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $21.00 - $24.00 per hour

Expected hours: 24 – 30 per week

Experience:

  • Microsoft Office: 2 years (Preferred)
  • Administrative experience: 2 years (Preferred)
