Job Title: CNC Operator (2nd Shift)
Pay Rate: $16/hour $2/hour shift differential
Shift: Monday - Friday, 4:00 PM - 3:30 AM (occasional Saturdays)
Job Summary:
We are seeking a reliable CNC Operator to join our second shift team. This role involves plugging parts throughout the shift, requiring minimal machining experience. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, dependable, and able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plug parts into CNC machines for processing.
- Monitor machine operation and ensure parts meet quality standards.
- Perform basic machine maintenance and keep work areas clean.
- Follow all safety guidelines and company procedures.
- Work effectively as part of a team to meet production goals.
- Qualifications:
- Entry level experience required.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks.
- Willingness to work overtime and occasional Saturdays as needed.
