Signage Installer
Temp to Hire
Days: 6:00 am - 4:30 pm
$16-18 per hour DOE
($20-$23 per hour if you have experience as a lead installer)
This is a rare opportunity to join a company who was the first one to introduce LED lighting of any kind in a commercial application. They need you to help carry on this tradition of excellence in the marketplace!
Job Summary:
This position will be responsible for installing custom signage. There will be some occasional overnight travel after training. You are required to have a valid driver's license.
Requirements:
In this position, you must be able to:
-Use basic hand tools
-Read a tape measure down to 1/16"
-Work in all weather conditions
-Shovel, climb and work from ladders and lift over 50#
-Read, write, communicate in English
-Experience with doing installations is preferred

* Raise, place, and unite iron or steel girders, columns, and other structural members to form completed structures or structural frameworks. May erect metal storage tanks and assemble prefabricated metal buildings.
* Read specifications or blueprints to determine the locations, quantities, or sizes of materials required.
* Connect columns, beams, and girders with bolts, following blueprints and instructions from supervisors.
* Bolt aligned structural steel members in position for permanent riveting, bolting, or welding into place.
* Hoist steel beams, girders, or columns into place, using cranes or signaling hoisting equipment operators to lift and position structural steel members.
* Fasten structural steel members to hoist cables, using chains, cables, or rope.
Salary : $16 - $18
