Trinity Glass International has a Technical Assistant position available at our Breinigsville, PA manufacturing facility. The successful candidate will be a team player and have a demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. The successful assistant will have a high level of attention to detail and be well organized.
MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assist with data analysis and preparing reports to support the material, process, and product specification process.
- Assist with the corrective action and improvement process. Collect data for process reviews, corrective action and planned improvement.
- Assist in the preparation and maintenance of documents for procedures and work instructions.
- Gather data and prepare reports to monitor, analyze and assess performance results.
- Coordinate project schedules, meetings, and communication among team members.
- Assist with process reviews.
- Provide technical assistance to team members as needed.
POSITION REQUIREMENTS

Education and Experience:
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE
- High School diploma or GED equivalent
- 3 or more years of experience in assembly line manufacturing operations.

WORKING CONDITIONS & PHYSICAL DEMANDS
- Lift components that may weigh up to 30 pounds. Team lift heavier components.
- Walk short distances in a manufacturing environment.
- Climb stairs to main office area.
