Duties May Include:
- Execute all duties in Position 29.
- Provide statistical and mathematical support to analyze and interpret a wide range of data, helping leadership understand the value of anomalies and support strategic decisions.
- Interpret and analyze leadership information needs, designing and implementing data analysis projects using best practices, appropriate data, and proven techniques.
- Leverage diverse data sources such as web traffic, customer requests, survey data, production databases, and human capital data to identify and communicate trends.
- Deliver insights through repeatable, transparent analysis to support strategic decision-making.
- Assist in constructing data sets and data views to communicate complex data effectively.
- Support process improvements for statistical analysis and incorporate research into new analytical products and methods.
- Develop and maintain reports, schematics, and documentation to track data ingestion, conditioning, and visualization processes.
- Provide continuous feedback and recommendations to leadership.
- Establish performance metrics to assess business analytics maturity.
- Communicate effectively in written and oral formats and work both independently and within a team.
Required:
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in statistics, mathematics, image science, remote sensing, earth science, physical science, or a related technical field, or equivalent education and experience.
- Minimum of 11-14 years of experience in data science or a related field.
- Proficiency in data mining, database development, manipulation, and maintenance.
- Experience with advanced statistical analysis tools and data visualization software.
- Demonstrated leadership in highly technical and analytical teams solving complex analytical and intelligence problems.
- Ability to develop mathematical algorithms and applications to meet complex requirements.
- Experience identifying system enhancements, new capabilities, and business case development.
- Ability to provide training as new systems and capabilities transition into operational use.
- Capability to work independently in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
- Strong teamwork and collaboration skills in cross-functional settings.

Pay: $136,681.00 - $146,280.00 per year
