Trinity Hall seeks an Admissions Assistant for the 2025-2026 school year.
Reporting to the Admissions Director, the Admissions Assistant is responsible for supporting the admissions process and serves as an administrative support to the Trinity Hall Admissions Office. The Admissions Assistant helps with all aspects of the admissions process including preparing applicant files, communicating with new families, attending middle school presentations and fairs, coordinating student and parent visits, preparing for and assisting at open houses and new student events, and participating on the Admissions Committee. Some evening and weekend hours for events are required. Candidates must be willing to work closely with colleagues and students in a dynamic, collaborative community.
Primary responsibilities:
- Manage admissions data throughout the admissions and enrollment process
- Prepare and manage applicant files; both in print and electronic formats
- Answer admissions calls in a pleasant, professional and informed manner in order to provide accurate Trinity Hall admissions information
- Manage/schedule student visits and conduct student and parent interviews
- Support the Admissions Committee by preparing all application files for review
- Review and score all applications
- Coordinate production and mailing of all admissions letters as directed
- Assist with admissions event planning and activities
- Represent Trinity Hall at open houses, middle school visits, and other admissions related events
- Performing other duties as assigned

Successful candidates should have:
- Bachelors or Associates Degree
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google applications
- Excellent written and verbal communication and editing skills
- Exceptional people skills and phone etiquette
- Eagerness to learn as well as a willingness to be trained in fundamentals of software and database essentials as necessary
- Ability to work independently with little supervision as well as be a collaborative team member
- Sensitivity, discretion and a sense of humor
- Knowledge of or experience in admissions and/or independent schools is a plus
- Ability to speak additional languages is a plus.
