Job Description
As a Surgical Technologist, your primary responsibility will be to assist surgeons and other medical professionals during surgical procedures. You will work closely with our team to prepare patients for surgery, maintain a sterile environment, and ensure the safe handling of equipment and instruments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare patients for surgery by cleaning and disinfecting operating rooms and equipment
- Assist surgeons and other medical professionals during surgical procedures
- Maintain a sterile environment to prevent infection and ensure patient safety
- Operate specialized equipment, such as anesthesia machines and surgical lights
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you must have a strong foundation in surgical technology, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Qualifications:
- Degree in Surgical Technology or related field
- Current certification as a Surgical Technologist (CST)
- At least 18 months of experience as a Surgical Technologist
