The Role: We are looking for a dedicated Landscape Waterer to join our team. The ideal candidate will drive and walk a truck route through multiple cities every day, thoroughly watering city flowers and flower baskets with fertilized water while checking for pests and overall plant well-being. This role emphasizes job training and education, along with our personal commitment to inclusion and diversity.
Position Details:
- Shift: 6am - 2pm, weekend availability necessary
- Duration: May 1st - October 1st
Key Responsibilities:
- Pest Control: Report all pests or disease issues to the Watering Lead and apply treatments as needed.
- Maintain Equipment: Keep the truck clean of all trash and debris daily and report any problems to the Watering Lead immediately.
- Incident Tracking: Report all incidents and accidents to the Watering Lead immediately.
- Hours Tracking: Report all hours to the Office Manager.
- Basket Care: Prune baskets as needed, photograph baskets daily, monitor basket hydration, and monitor basket health.
- Truck & Equipment Maintenance: Maintain truck cleanliness and ensure watering equipment is in good working order.

Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20 – 30 per week
Schedule:
- 4 hour shift
- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- Rotating weekends
- Weekends as needed
